Student Login

Student Login Admin Tool

    1. You can access the Student Login admin tool by clicking the “Students” tab, then the “Settings” sub-tab, and then the “Students” admin tool.

    2. You will then find all of the available options that you can have in your student login and a description for each item.

    3. You can click the checkbox in the “Active” column to enable/disable any of the available features.

    4. For any feature with customizable options, you can click the pencil in the “Settings” column to edit.

    5. There is also a link at the top of the page to “Add Custom Pages”. This will allow you to add custom pages to your username and password-protected student login. This is good for information you do not want to make public on your website.

    6. You can also add a header and footer to your Student Login from the student login admin tool.

    7. Your CampusLogin Account Manager is able to configure the available options with you.

Adding the Student Login to Your Website

    1. In the Student Login admin tool, you will see your link for the Student Login. You can add this link directly to your website or you can embed the link into an iFrame and use your own URL. To embed the link into an iFrame follow these instructions: http://www.campuslogin.com/w_setting_up_an_iframe.aspx

Releasing the Student Login to Your Students

    1. After you have customized your Student Login (you can also log in as a student to preview it) and you are ready to release it to your students you can send a mass email.

    2. You can release the student login to all students or just email certain programs/start dates if you wish to only release the login to certain students.

    3. In your email, you can draw the Username and Password by using these variables:

      {Username}
      {Password}

    4. You can also make this part of the automatic email that goes out to your students when you register them as a student if you wish to automate this process. Speak to your CampusLogin Account Manager if you need any assistance setting this up.
